CAPABILITIES:

• STADCO Automatics produces high-precision machined parts on Davenport, Acme, Euroturn, and Tornos multiple-spindle bar machines, along with Escomatic Swiss screw machines.
• STADCO's Davenport, Acme, Euroturn, and Tornos multi-spindle bar machines have the capability to produce single operation parts with features such as internal/external threads, knurls, cross-drilled holes, internal/external broaches, slots, and flats. Diameter capacities range from 1/16" to 1 5/16" or 1.5mm to 33mm.
• Escomatic Swiss machines with 1/4" diameter capacity are capable of producing small parts with complex profiles and precision tolerances.
• STADCO has capabilities for centerless grinding, multiple-spindle chucking, CNC turning/milling/drilling/tapping, broaching, and abrasive lapping in order to meet your production requirements.
• STADCO can produce prototypes for initial design validation or to test a running design change prior to production tooling changes.
• STADCO produces parts made with carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, Monel®, Teflon®, and Delrin®.
• Special "Near-Net" shaped barstock may be utilized in order to eliminate secondary machining operations, which may reduce total cost. Special shape barstock is available in most carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brass alloys. Typical profiles include hex, square, triangular, grooved, and splined.
• Heat treating, plating, and thermo deburring services are available.
